Deleting your Unio account

This page is the public address for account deletion requests: it is listed in Google Play Console (Data deletion) and in App Store Connect. You can delete the account yourself from the app — it happens immediately and needs no correspondence.

How to delete the account from the app

Profile → Settings → "Delete account" → confirm. Deletion is irreversible and immediate: once confirmed, the account and its data cannot be restored.

If you no longer have access to the app

Write to unioappkz@gmail.com from the email address the account is registered to, with the subject "Account deletion". An email from another address does not prove the account is yours — in that case we will ask you to confirm ownership by sending a code to the account's address.

The account is deleted within 3 business days after confirmation; the reply goes to the same address.

What can be deleted without deleting the account

There is no separate deletion of messages or reviews: a message is seen by the other participants of the meetup, and a review is part of the reputation of the person it was left for.
